Gullible is on the ceiling

I feel sad in a way, to feel inclined to post on a fellow teenager, who is of less importance as me. Richard Denton was a developer on what might have been the fourth incarnation (I haven't kept track) of a try at a 2D Ocarina of Time. According to posts which are everywhere, Richard Denton is a dead man, killed by a car crash. In the original post on the OOT2D site, which I do believe is still up, it says that Richard Denton died in a car crash. Later posts forums that relate to his death, say that he was hit by a car, while he was walking. They post these comments only after somebody ingeniously remembers that 15 year olds can't drive in Australia. The first assumption of those who read his now defunct website seems to be to think that this car crash involved both Richard Denton's car, and another oncoming car. It seems like his parents would think to clear that up on the site, but no, it is still quite vague. They seemed more obsessed with strange romanticized particulars.

But this is mere word play. It is quite questionable when a person has been working on a project since he was 10, and yet when he dies at the age of 15, his parents take the project off the internet, as his last wish. The parents also decided to block all people who asked about OOT2D off of the hosting message board provider, along with making it so people can't read any of the last posts, or look at peoples profiles. Why is that? I don't know, but the last time Richard was online on the forum.. was, hm let me think here.. after he was supposedly dead. Not only that, but the car that hit him supposedly slipped because it was wet, but there was no rain for the past couple days or so in Melbourne. Thirdly, the last thing he did before he died was tell his gf that he loved her, sounds to cinematic. Fourthly, the kid had been promising to come out with the game since a few years or so ago, but he did not even have much of a demo out so far. Fifthly, there are no records of him in any obituaries as of yet. Sixthly, no actual credible news posts, not even local. Seventhly, when people point out the fact that if he died he should just want it to be finished in honor of all of his effort, not stopped, somebody, who has had an account for half a year, but never dug anything, let alone left a comment, leaves a comment saying that hes friends with Richard, and that the parents would have released it to the open but the JAR file was encrypted. Not only are Jar file encryptions easy to break, but he would have no reason to put his game in an encrypted JAR file. This just questions further any excuse that could be made up for somebody being on his account after he was already dead. If he went out of his way to encrypt his game.. then his own account should be hard to get on. Eighthly, people who are well known on message boards as knowledgeable and also live in Melbourne Australia, reportedly know Richard and have talked to him recently, finding that he was just trying to get out of all of the pressure around finishing his work. I'm too lazy right now, but later I will post proof of what I have to say.

EDIT: Some Proof here http://img513.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dampemv1.jpg
Also, seems like the general public can't be tricked that easily, this blatant lie was also written about by a different blogger, dated a day later than my post. Although it was emmediatly dugg, it took until April 4 for it to get popular enough to reach my google homepage links to digg.

I'm jealous.. Why should his post get so much publicity? I feel scammed, especially when I had more facts about the incident upon first posting, with my first posting also being before his first.. hm.. and I never thought my blog of much merit. I am now a cocky bitch.

SECOND EDIT: As soon as I post on the his blog about how I won... the dig article linking to it, leaves digg's front page. Conspiracy theories bounce around in my head.. I guess there must be no way to stick it to the man. :( I guess I'll just quit then..

Celebrities

Guess what? Yes, that's right kids, Anna Nicole Smith is dead. She died like her idol Marilyn Monroe, taking a rarely prescribed sedative chloral hydrate to help her fall asleep. She could of just taken the prescribed amount, but no, she swigged the whole damn bottle. This is considered some how intelligent, due to Anna Nicole's recent major illness, in which she resisted all attempts to be persuaded to go to the hospital for treatment. Instead, just to increase the incidence of overdose or interactions, she decided to pump in the privately obtained Tamiflu, along with OTC medicines.

Of course, this amazing, person, this media darling, started her amazing career as a playboy bunny. In fact, that's exactly what she was remembered as when she died. People were less likely to want to recall other portions of her life, where, although she had more money on the line, did not give people as many boners. Eventually Anna Nicole Smith married an old rich dude. Somehow this old guy dies.. maybe something related to old age? who knows?! Anyways a couple centuries of suits fall after, with Anna Nicole Smith and the elderly man's family, fighting out for the elderly mans money. Now I know theres always Anna Nicole Smith's child to think about, but come on, how many people are claiming the fatherhood of the child? Maybe ten, fifteen, I don't remember, and some of them are even married! I mean thats not that interesting.. The most we can hope for is that this child hasn't the bad genetics her parents have.

Somehow in this disastrous mess of a person, we are supposed to be sad. Not because she is a mess of a person, no, its now considered respectable by (Fox) faux news to be a playboy bunny, yet, in all other occasions its not respectable to do such a job. To faux news, it all has to do with fame, but yet they hate celebrities, because they are elite. They are obsessed with celeb news. It makes no sense. And yet, a very large percentage of Americans are hypocrites, (or else a big news network wouldn't broadcast what they do, nobody would watch) who hate democrats for going to the elites, while loving a complete nut case for being "elite". All the while a fellow faux news nut job, Gibson, is telling us we are snobs for wanting to hear anything about the war, instead of Nicole Smith. Why does this man who advocated the Iraq War proclaim that we are tired of hearing about the war? Maybe we are tired of the war he advocated.

Hypocrites

I hate hypocrites. Before I can continue, for those who ignore things that are contrary to their beliefs, I must admit, I am more liberal than conservative. I understand though, that for every hypocrisy, every sign of corruption by one party, there are similar things going on on the opposite party. It is sad that this is such a given. Why do we, the electors, decide to let these things go on? Do we really feel like the government owns us? We pride ourselves on freedom, but corruption reigns? Its impossible to free a country from the grips of corruption, but it is always possible to minimize it, and yet year by year, we think its worse. I understand that I must be exaggerating the problem, but this problem, the problem where one vote, counts as nothing, one person is useless, due to another, is not the democracy that any idealist envisions.

This corruption is built into us. A large majority of Americans are "corrupted" when it comes to one issue we barely think about. Most people are for less taxes when possible. People don't want to pay money when they don't have to. Most people believe in global warming. Twenty-four percent of new cars sold are SUVS. Most have SUVs because they are artificially cheap due to tax credits. Your Escalade, according to the government, has the same utility as a truck. WHAT? double hypocrisy? Republicans say we should drive SUVs because we can afford them, but wait, we can only afford them due to tax credits, and yet Republicans hate taxes. We believe in global warming and yet drive an SUV, because its given to us artificially cheaper, but with all things, we aren't just given gifts for free. We are taxed for it. Ignorance, hypocrisy, greed, corruption, all part of a horrible circle. If we were to not give these tax credits for owning SUVs, how many problems would this solve? Sure wouldn't hurt global warming. If you don't believe in global warming, then it definitely won't stop us from asserting our independence from foreign oil. Lastly, it definitely won't hurt our government deficit either.

How many people do you know, who want tax hikes, but yet don't believe in global warming? Would it be accurate to say that the number is anywhere near 24% of Americans? I don't think so. What caused this tirade, considering its relevance to less than a fourth of Americans? I saw an SUV, with a "green" sticker on it, and that kinda crap just sets me off. I almost thought it was a Flex-fuel SUV too, which would have set me upon another tirade, but for now, that'll be for later.

For more information on the tax loophole, read below. I feel more like complaining than explaining.
